1. Return Policy:
We respect your shopping experience and offer the following return policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase:
You can apply for return within 30 days after receiving the goods.
Returned goods must keep their original packaging intact and must not affect secondary sales.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless there is a quality problem with the item or we shipped the wrong item.

3. Exchange policy:
If the goods you receive have quality problems, we provide the following exchange policy:
You can apply for an exchange within 15 days after receiving the product.
Exchange items will be shipped as soon as possible after your application is successful.

5. Special instructions:
Please note that due to hygiene and safety considerations, returns or exchange applications will not be accepted for opened or used merchandise unless there are quality issues.
For items with quality issues, we will bear all return and exchange shipping costs.
